The food pyramid is a good guide to eating a healthy diet. Carbohydrates are especially good for children and athletes because they can give a lot of energy and fibre. Fruit and vegetables are really good for everyone. They can keep you healthy because they are rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals that prevent many illnesses. Fibre is necessary for good digestion. Dairy products can help you to have strong bones and teeth because they are rich in calcium. Proteins can help your muscles and brain. They are rich in iron. Iron is good for your blood and brain. Fats and sugar are not very beneficial. Some oils like olive oil is good, but too much fat and fried food is unhealthy. The same with sweets: you can only eat a few!

HEALTHY FOOD
Keep a healthy diet is very important for our body, it helps us to have a better function of it and activates our mind. Some nutrients necessary to stay healthy are: protein, vitamins and minerals, fiber, carbohydrates and fats, all in a balanced way.
ALIMENTACIÓN SALUDABLE
Mantener una dieta saludable es muy importante para nuestro cuerpo, nos ayuda a tener un mejor funcionamiento del mismo y activa nuestra mente.
Algunos nutrientes necesarios para mantenernos saludables son: proteínas, vitaminas y minerales, fibras, carbohidratos y grasas, todos de manera balanceada.
HOMEWORK / TRABAJO EN CASA
2. Escoge un alimento de tu lacena tómale foto o dibújalo y describe que nutrientes lo componen.
3. Las diapositivas e imágenes que se le enviarán al whatsapp le servirán de apoyo.
4. . Realice un slogan corto y creativo en un 1/8 de cartulina o en su cuaderno , con materiales que tenga en casa, Eje: cajas de cartón.
Utiliza la frase: Stay home: quédate en casa, observe el ejemplo. El slogan de ejemplo dice: Quédate en casa y mantente a salvo.
